E Chibuga is a Vitreo retinal surgeon at Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital since 2017 and has formerly served as an ophthalmologist at CCBRT Disability Hospital from 2005 to 2008, King Faisal Hospital, Kigali from 2008 to 2012, and as a consultant ophthalmologist at CCBRT from 2013 to 2016. E held the position of treasurer at the College of Ophthalmology of Eastern, Central and Southern Africa from 2013 to 2019.
