Ruby Hazewinkel

Ruby Hazewinkel is a Junior Sustainability Manager at Dr. Oetker, with a background in various roles including a 1.5-year commercial traineeship across departments such as Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing, and Sustainability in the Netherlands, Germany, and Malaysia. Ruby has served as a Consultant for the FSA Research Project in South Korea and gained internship experience at Ahold Delhaize as a Merchandising & Sourcing Intern. Academic involvement includes serving as a Student Assistant in the Master's program in Business Administration and as a Student Ambassador focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion at the University of Amsterdam, complemented by prior roles in financial committees and as a secretary for a student foundation. Ruby holds a Master's degree in Management, Economics and Consumer Studies from Wageningen University & Research and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Amsterdam, along with an exchange experience at City University of Hong Kong.
