Dr Patrick Pheasant is a Counsellor, Coach and Consultant. After seven years in the role of Chief Executive Officer of a large Australian charity and 25 years in senior management roles in English language education and corporate training in Australia, Japan, The Netherlands and the United States, Dr Pheasant supports individuals and organisations to achieve positive and transformational change.
His research and practice areas include international education and training, language education, process drama, psychodrama, dramatherapy, trauma-informed therapy and teaching. Dr Pheasant specialises in Alcohol and Other Drugs Counselling, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Strength-Based Therapy.
Based in Surry Hills Sydney, Dr Pheasant supports LGBTIQA+ professionals and allies throughout Australia through onsite and online 1:1 counselling, coaching and therapy, group therapy, workshops and retreats, professional and executive coaching and organisational transformation.
