Dr. Pavan Kumar is currently the Vice President at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, overseeing formulation development and tech transfer. Previously, Dr. Kumar served as the General Manager at Astron Research Ltd from 2010 to 2016 and as a Manager in Formulation & Development at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories from 2006 to 2010.
