I partner with leaders to design decision environments that build confidence, reduce unhelpful pressure, and support decisions they can stand behind.

I know leadership teams don’t struggle because they lack intelligence or experience. They struggle because the decision environment quietly works against good judgement.

In complex, high-pressure contexts, even experienced and capable leaders default to habits that slow decisions, blur accountability, weaken execution, and make outcomes harder to defend.

The effects often accumulate quietly: decisions that take longer than they should, are revisited after the meeting, or rely heavily on a few voices. Agreement in the room, but drift afterwards. Momentum lost to re-work, hesitation, or unspoken concerns. Over time, these patterns undermine accountability, execution, and performance without any single decision being “wrong”.

In my work, I focus on ten dimensions that most influence mature leadership team decision-making, judgement, and sustained performance.

My work is backed by more than 20 years of corporate experience in senior leadership and board roles, alongside qualifications in Psychology, Human Resources, an MBA, and a PhD in decision-making.

Drawing on cognitive decision-making, psychology, and neuroscience, I help improve how leaders think, interact, and decide together so decisions translate into ownership, action, and sustained performance when it matters most.
