Simone Oliva

Simone Oliva is an experienced R&D professional specializing in innovation management, particularly in packaging, processes, and formulations. Currently serving as the R&D Innovation Manager at Dr. Schär since January 2019, Simone leads global innovation projects across 12 manufacturing sites and collaborates with research centers and external partners to develop cutting-edge technologies and products.
