Deb Lind (MAHRI) is an experienced professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the Head of People and Culture - APAC at DRA Global since July 2025. Previously, Deb held the position of People and Culture Manager at ACCIONA Australia from July 2022 to July 2025 and was the People and Culture Manager for the Armadale Line Upgrade Alliance (ALUA) during the same timeframe. Deb's extensive career includes various roles at Clough Amec, where responsibilities ranged from HR Advisor to Human Resources Manager, and an early position as Administration Assistant at BG&E. Deb holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Human Resources Management, both obtained from Murdoch University between 2004 and 2008.
