Francois Language

Francois Language is an experienced professional in the mining and processing industry, currently serving as Process Superintendent at Northam Platinum since July 2018. Previously, Francois has held various leadership roles at DRA Global, including Team Leader in the commissioning of the Asanko Gold processing facility in Ghana, and has overseen training and startup processes at Trivali Zinc. Francois also holds significant experience with Minopex, leading the Kibali Gold Project in the DRC and serving in roles as Foreman and later Superintendent at Marula Platinum and Tati Nickel. Early in the career, Francois worked as Senior Foreman at Xstrata, ensuring safety, environmental standards, and production targets were met. Education includes attendance at Lydenburg Academy and Lydenburg High from 1985 to 1989.
