Jan Kapp

Jan Kapp is a seasoned professional in the field of chemical engineering with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Principal Process Engineer at DRA Global since December 2021, Jan has held positions such as Process Manager at MSP Engineering Pty Ltd, Process Project Engineer at Talison Lithium, and Process Manager at Midwest Vanadium. Previous roles include Plant Manager and Production Superintendent at Xstrata Alloys, as well as Senior Metallurgist at Northam Platinum and General Production Superintendent at Xstrata Alloys. Jan graduated with a B Ing in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pretoria, having attended Rob Ferreira from 1983 to 1987.
