Malcolm Dickie is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in minerals processing and project delivery. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager/Design Manager at DRA Global since November 2020, Malcolm leads the detailed design of significant gold projects in Ethiopia and Mali. Previously, as Client Engineering Manager at RG Gold, responsibilities included overseeing the Basic Engineering Phase for the Raygorodok Gold Project in Kazakhstan. Malcolm's extensive experience also includes roles at Ausenco, where innovative design optimizations for various copper and gold projects were implemented, as well as client representative roles at MMG Limited and Forge Minerals and Resources. Malcolm holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Western Australia.
