Tamara Matthaei began their career in 2013 at LingaTel GmbH, where they held the roles of Prokuristin, Business Development, and Projektmanager. In 2022, they moved to DRACOON GmbH, where they currently serve as an Account-Managerin.

Tamara Matthaei obtained a degree in Beratende Psychologie from Laudius in 2019. Additionally, they have a certification in Zertifizierter Personal Coach from the Laudius Akademie für Fernstudien, obtained in October 2019.
