Ashley Moniz, M.Ed, has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Director of People Programs at DraftKings Inc. since April 2018. In this role, Ashley has designed and led various HR initiatives to enhance team processes and foster a collaborative environment while ensuring accountability in project implementation. Ashley has managed complex strategic HR projects, established a centralized Talent Acquisition Operations team, and significantly improved recruitment efficiency and candidate experience. Prior to DraftKings, Ashley held positions at Akamai Technologies, Innoveer Solutions, Biogen, and Kforce, contributing to talent acquisition and human resources functions. Ashley holds a Master of Education from UMass Boston and a Bachelor of Arts from Roger Williams University.
