Brandon Miller

Brandon Miller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service management, currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Service at DraftKings Inc. since July 2014. In this role, Brandon oversees the day-to-day operations of the Customer Support Team, focuses on enhancing user experience through collaboration with product development, and implements improvements to maintain high standards of customer support. Previously, Brandon held various positions at DraftKings, including Customer Experience Manager and Customer Experience Associate, where the emphasis was on promoting the brand and ensuring customer satisfaction. Brandon also served as Senior Director of Customer Experience at Springfield College and gained foundational customer service skills during earlier roles, including internships and summer positions. Brandon earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Recreation Management from Springfield College in 2014.
