Dave Foppert

Dave Foppert serves as the Vice President of Global Compliance & Risk at DraftKings Inc., responsible for overseeing AML, Responsible Gaming, and Fraud Investigations since March 2022. Previously, Dave held multiple roles at Capital One from April 2013 to March 2022, culminating as the Director of AML, where responsibilities included managing the AML Machine Learning model and leading a cross-functional team. Dave's extensive experience in compliance and risk management is supported by an MBA from Villanova University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Rutgers University.
