Jared Hess

Jared Hess is an experienced professional specializing in public affairs and grassroots advocacy, currently serving as the Director of Public Affairs & CSR and Head of Grassroots and Digital Engagement at DraftKings, Inc. since April 2018. Prior to this role, Jared was the Grassroots Director at the American Bar Association from June 2008 to March 2018, where notable achievements included the award-winning “Save #Loan4giveness” campaign and the “Legal Aid Defender” campaign. Additionally, earlier experience as Program and Policy Associate at Faces & Voices of Recovery involved developing legislative action alerts and serving as a spokesperson at various national events. Jared holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida.
