Josh Engels

Josh Engels is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and analytics. Currently serving as the Director of Problem & Incident Management at DraftKings Inc. since April 2019, Josh has been instrumental in developing incident management response processes through collaboration with business leaders. Prior to DraftKings, Josh worked at Apple as a Production and Operations Manager, leading technology projects to enhance the user experience for Apple Maps. Earlier roles include serving as an Intelligence Analyst at SAIC in Afghanistan, contributing to critical operational infrastructure, and in the United States Air Force, where Josh delivered intelligence briefings and guided mission planning. Josh holds a Master of Science in Finance from Northeastern University, a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
