Katy Spriano

Katy Spriano is an experienced communications and operations professional with a demonstrated history in staffing and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Communications Manager at DraftKings Inc. since April 2021, Katy has previously held significant roles at BANKW Staffing, LLC from June 2018 to March 2021, including Director of Operations and Director of Talent Acquisition. Katy's career began at WinterWyman Staffing, where a range of positions from Partner and Director of Recruiting to Senior Staffing Manager were held over a twelve-year period. Academically, Katy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina and participated in a study abroad program focused on Marketing, Management, and Journalism at Richmond, The American International University in London.
