Thomas Kim

Thomas Kim is a seasoned professional in workforce management with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Workforce Management at DraftKings Inc. since October 2022, Thomas has successfully managed operating expenses for over 1,000 full-time equivalents (FTEs) while enhancing operational transparency through the implementation of new Workforce Management Systems. Previously, at goeasy Ltd., Thomas led operations and analytics for a 400+ branch network, managing a $100 million budget. Thomas held senior positions at TD, CIBC, and Intact, focusing on demand forecasting, capacity planning, and performance optimization, consistently achieving service targets while managing substantial budgets. Thomas holds an MBA in Finance and Operations from Queen's University and a CMA CPA designation from CPA Canada, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Psychology from the University of Toronto.
