Z Crawford

Z Crawford is an experienced Engineering Leader and circus artist. They currently serve as the Lead SRE at DraftKings Inc. and co-own Circus Academy New York, where they manage operations for over 5,000 students annually. Previously, Z held various engineering management roles at companies like Riot Games, Armory, and Stellar Health, where they led teams to enhance operational stability and deliver value in software products. Between 2016 and 2018, they also taught acrobatics and circus arts to adults at Athletic Playground. Z’s education includes ongoing studies at Summerfield Waldorf School.
