Ozan Yalti

Ozan Yalti is a Co-Founder of DraftWise, a knowledge management platform, since 2020. Prior to this, they were a Senior Associate- Banking & Finance at Clifford Chance LLP from 2016 to 2020. During this time, they advised various companies on financing and credit facilities, including a Saudi petrochemicals company on a USD 3 billion financing and a Nigerian conglomerate on a USD 3. 3 billion facility. Before this, they were an Attorney at Law from 2012 to 2016.

Ozan Yalti received their High School degree from Robert College in 2004. Ozan then attended Yale University, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Economics in 2008. Ozan went on to Stanford Law School, where they obtained their Doctor of Law (J.D.) in 2012.
