Thomas Modly is a senior executive, board member, thought leader, and bestselling author who currently serves as President and CEO of Belarock Ventures, LLC. Modly serves on the boards of the Bob Feller Act of Valor Award Foundation (2022–Present) and Draganfly Inc. (2024–Present), and on the PMG Learning Solutions board (2025–Present). Modly previously held roles including Managing Director at PwC (2007–2017), Acting Secretary of the Navy (2019–2020), and Under Secretary of the Navy, where Modly led modernization efforts such as IT consolidation, human capital strategy, financial auditability, and supply chain transformation. Modly attended Harvard Business School from 1990 to 1992.
