Becky Flint

Becky Flint is the current CEO at Dragonboat. Becky has over 25 years of experience in product management and operations. Becky has a proven track record in building and scaling product organizations, developing product strategy, and executing product plans. Becky has also held leadership positions at Feedzai and Bigcommerce.

Becky founded Scaffold Consulting LLC in August 2015 and served as its CEO until October 2017. During their time at Scaffold, they helped clients with product management, process improvement, and change management.

From April 2014 to June 2015, Becky was the VP of Strategic Product Ops and Program Management at Bigcommerce. In this role, they were responsible for product planning, roadmapping, and execution. Becky also managed the product team and worked closely with engineering, design, and user experience.

Becky joined Feedzai in May 2017 as the VP of Product Ops and Program Management. During their time at Feedzai, they built and scaled the product organization from the ground up. Becky also established the platform, solutions, and interaction models between verticals and product horizons. In addition, they created the process and cadences for strategic planning, quarterly alignment, and end-to-end PDLC from Requests to Discovery to build and launch to Market.

Becky Flint's educational career includes a MBA in Finance from the University of San Francisco and a certification from Responsive PPM. Becky is currently enrolled in the Women's Executive Leadership Program at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
