Leah Barco has a diverse work experience in product marketing, customer experience, and account management. In 2021, they began working as a Product Marketing Manager and Customer Marketing Manager at Dragonboat. Prior to this, they were a Customer Experience and Knowledge Base Writer at Hotjar from 2019 to 2021. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Program Advisor at Thinkful and a Community Support Lead at WiFi Tribe. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at ICUC as a Manager of New Product Communications, Account Integration Manager, and Senior New Business Manager. Before ICUC, they were an Account Manager at Tempero from 2014 to 2018.

Leah Barco obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Buffalo State University between 2009 and 2013. During their time at Buffalo State University, they also participated in an International Student Exchange Program at the University of South Australia in 2010.
