Rui Chicória

Rui C. has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. From 2011-2013, they were an Intern and Grant Holder at IPN. From 2013-2016, they were a Lead Software Engineer and Full Stack Developer at Sentilant. In 2017, they were a Backend Developer at Smash Tennis! From 2016-2018, they were a Head of Development and Full Stack Developer at CoolFarm S.A., and from 2018-present, they are the CTO and Senior Full Stack Engineer at Dragonboat, a company that helps product leaders and their teams deliver customer delight and drive business outcomes.

Rui C. completed their 9th grade at Escola EB 2,3 Martim de Freitas in 2005, followed by their 12th grade at Escola Secundária Infanta Dona Maria in 2008. Rui then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering from Universidade de Coimbra in 2011 and a Master's degree in Informatics Engineering from University of Coimbra in 2013.
