Matt Lee

Matt Lee is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Investor Relations at Dragonfly Capital since August 2021. Previous roles include Fundraising & Investor Relations at Kohlberg & Company and Investment Banking Associate in Private Capital Advisory at Lazard, where expertise in capital raising and secondary transactions was developed. Earlier experience includes positions as an Investment Analyst at Talon Private Capital, Private Equity Analyst at Freestone Capital Management, and Summer Analyst at UBS. Matt is also the founder and president of First Gear for Foster Kids, a non-profit organization focused on improving the lives of foster children through bicycle donations. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from The Wharton School.
