Dragonfly Wellness
Transformation. Healing. Empowerment.
Most healing asks you to explain yourself before it helps you. To perform wellness. To move on before you're ready.
Dragonfly Wellness was built for the people that model was never designed to serve.
We exist for those who have survived challenging things — individually, collectively, and across generations. For the caregiver who forgot to rest. For the high-achiever who built the life and can't figure out why it doesn't feel like theirs. For anyone standing at the threshold between who they were and who they're becoming.
Our work meets you where the change actually lives: in your nervous system, your breath, and the story you're ready to rewrite.
The R³ Method™
Every offering at Dragonfly Wellness is built on three pillars:
RESTORE — Acupuncture, East Asian Medicine, Energy Healing, Shamanic Practices, Emotion Code®
RELEASE — Conscious Connected Breathwork, The BREATHE Method™, Let's Breathe! Series
RISE — Ontological Coaching, Somatic Coaching, Identity Work
These are not separate services. They are one integrated methodology — because the body, the breath, and the self cannot be healed in isolation.
Who we serve
Communities of Color · LGBTQIA+ Individuals & Families · Elders · Caregivers · Survivors of Trauma · People in Transition · Nonprofit, Corporate & Social Impact Leaders · Anyone who has been told to heal quietly and keep going.
The work
Réquel Y. Lopes L.Ac., Dipl. AHM (NCBAHM)®, ACC is an acupuncturist, breathwork facilitator, ontological coach, energy healer, shamanic practitioner, and author with 25 years of public health, community advocacy, and nonprofit leadership behind this methodology. She didn't come to this work as an advocate. She came from the inside.
Your body has been trying to reach you. This is where you finally listen.
