Dragonfly Zunft is a guild of practice for systems change.

Not a consultancy. A guild — a form of organisation with a long and serious history, now renewed for the complexity of this moment. Where a consultancy delivers solutions, a guild cultivates practitioners. Where a firm executes projects, a guild holds a living body of shared knowledge, refined continuously through practice.

We work with the conditions under which unlike people, organisations, and systems begin to move together — in ways none of them could have produced alone. This is the art and method of Synergy Thinking: the disciplined practice of working at the level of conditions, not outcomes. When the conditions are right, what needs to emerge will emerge.

Our work moves through four practices — Advisory, Leadership Development, Synergy Labs, and Contextual Processes — and accompanies partners across the full arc of genuine systemic shift: from the first moment of deep listening, through activation and embedding, to the point where what has been cultivated becomes the organisation's own.

We work with purpose-driven organisations, leadership teams at a genuine turning point, and cross-sector ecosystems whose power lies in the synergies between unlike actors.

Primary hub: Switzerland.

*When what is needed cannot be delivered — only cultivated.*
