John Golding

John Golding serves as the Chief Operating Officer at DragonPass, leading a cross-functional team of over 50 colleagues across four regions. With extensive experience in operations and product management, John previously held various senior roles at DragonPass, including Director of Product and Operations, where strategic platform integrations were executed, and Director of Commercialisation and Transformation, focusing on optimizing project delivery processes. Prior to DragonPass, John worked at Yoyo, achieving significant growth in the banking and remittance sector, and at Barclays, where key initiatives in open banking were implemented. Educationally, John holds a Master of Commerce (cum laude) and has experience as an associate lecturer in economics and finance at the University of the Witwatersrand.
