Ian Monzon has extensive experience in operations and customer support at Dragonpay, having held the positions of Head of Operations and Customer Support Manager since February 2012. In addition, Ian serves as a Senior Back-End Technical Operations Officer at Dragonpay Corporation, also since February 2012. Ian earned a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, completing the program between 2013 and 2017.
