The dragonrider academy is an extraordinary experience for courageous leaders of the future who face tomorrow's challenges with a smile. All great odds seem at first to be insurmountable horrible monsters. Usually, we then try to escape or kill them. This is not wise: it would be better to tame and ride them: make allies of the fear-inducing challenges. But we have to prepare ourselves for that, because... dragons aren't without their dangers. In a unique learning experience, the dragonrider academy provides inspiring answers to the challenging questions of a turbulent world and opens up new horizons for new learning, life, and leadership. The dragonrider academy is therefore a unique, inspiring learning experience for courageous and curious architects of the future who are enthusiastic about facing the challenges of tomorrow fearlessly and consistently, proactively and with good cheer.
The dragonrider academy is divided into chapters and has a modular structure. Each chapter is self-contained. After the first level two introductory chapters, one is empowered to attend the second level chapters. In addition to the learning experience, we want to enrich each chapter with exploring, experiencing, and experiencing. That's why we choose exciting locations for our seminars because all learning should be an inspiring & unforgettable adventure for you and for us. Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 are your gateways to the world of the dragon riders. At the end of these basic chapters, you will be promoted to dragon knight and will be inducted into the "order of the dragonrider". Those who recognize opportunities in crises and dangers will be on the winning side; it is the dragon riders who are changing the world.
