Amy Balch is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in branding and visual design across various industries. Currently serving as the Brand & Design Manager at Dragos, Inc. since June 2025, Amy leads brand strategy and visual identity for a global industrial cybersecurity company. Previously, from January 2012 to the present, Amy has operated a freelance design studio, focusing on branding and marketing materials for startups and sole proprietors. Notable roles include Principal Visual Designer at Persefoni, where Amy managed visual design for a climate tech platform, and various positions at Wiley and Sigma Beauty, emphasizing campaign management and brand consistency. Amy holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, earned between 2010 and 2013.
