David Raphael

David Raphael is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and engagement management in the fields of international services and industrial control systems. Currently serving as Principal Engagement Manager at Dragos, Inc. since January 2021, David has held multiple roles within the company focused on the EMEA and APAC regions. Prior experience includes Project Management Director at GE Digital, where responsibilities encompassed managing consulting and security solutions in ICS/IOT environments, and leading various financial and project optimization initiatives. David's earlier roles as Electrical Project Manager at Debbas Group and Project Manager at Light and Build s.a.r.l involved overseeing complex electrical contracts and building automation projects, respectively. David holds two Master of Science degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Balamand and in Physics, Electronics from Lebanese University.
