DragTech was founded by Peter Jones, a telecommunications and IT professional with over 22 years of industry experience. Inspired by Dragons' Den and a lifelong passion for enterprise, Peter noticed something the education system was missing — it didn't teach you about business. More importantly, he saw the enormous deficit in support for neurodiverse young adults with ADHD, brilliant individuals just waiting to show their full potential.

That realisation sparked DragTech — a company that combines hosted telephony services powering businesses across the UK with education programmes that give neurodiverse young adults the skills and qualifications they need to build rewarding futures.
