Amanda Simm is a highly skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical design and project leadership. Currently serving as the Task Lead and Technical Director for Sensor Procurement at Draper since May 2022, Amanda previously held the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer at Collins Aerospace from June 2018 to May 2022, where responsibilities included leading CAD process improvements, overseeing design projects for major space programs, and managing technical designs. Prior experience includes roles at Raytheon, where Amanda contributed to mobile missile defense systems, and educational engagements at the University of Rochester as both a Research Assistant and Teacher's Assistant.
