Andrew Taylor

Andrew Taylor is an experienced ASIC Analog Layout Group Leader with a background in integrated circuit design. They began their career as a co-op student at Synaptics, where they created custom SKILL code for analog devices. Subsequently, they served as a Layout Engineer, focusing on digital place-and-route scripting and analog circuit layout for biometric sensing. Andrew later worked as an Applications Engineer at Synopsys Inc and progressed to a Senior ASIC Layout Engineer at Draper from 2019 to 2023, eventually becoming a Group Leader and Principal Member of Technical Staff. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Microelectronic Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
