Ben L.

Ben L. serves as the Technical Director at Draper since November 2020, following a role as Principal Consultant at Technology Strategy Partners from January 2017 to November 2020, where efforts were focused on system thinking as a competitive advantage. Prior to that, Ben co-founded OneBin Inc., an MIT startup aimed at enhancing personal security efficiency, and held various positions at Raytheon from November 2004 to January 2017, including System Engineering Lead - Architecture. In these roles, substantial achievements included leading multi-functional teams, managing technical products, and implementing innovative software engineering concepts utilizing machine learning. Ben holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Engineering from Lehigh University.
