Benjamin Randall is a seasoned professional in the field of physical design engineering, currently serving as a Principal Member of Technical Staff and SMTS Physical Design Engineer at Draper since August 2022, focusing on analog custom silicon design. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Physical Design Engineer at ASIC North from January 2015 to August 2022, where Benjamin led layout projects utilizing analog design skills and Innovus P&R tools. Benjamin also contributed to Qualcomm's Snapdragon processor team from 2014 to 2015, developing macros in cutting-edge 14 and 10 nanometer technologies, and was a Physical Design Engineer at IBM from 2001 to 2013, leading the development of ASIC designs for various advanced applications.
