Caolinn Sullivan is currently the Director of Security and IT Operations at Draper. They previously held various roles at MIT Lincoln Laboratory from 2017 to 2018, including Special Security Representative II and Team Lead for the Special Security Management Office. In 2016, Caolinn contributed to the Drug Enforcement Administration's Financial Investigation Team and worked as a Legal Assistant at Jones Kelleher LLP. Before that, they served as Head Lifeguard at the Dennis Beach Department from 2013 to 2016. Caolinn earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University.
