Cavan Morley

Cavan Morley is currently a Member of Technical Staff in Systems & Integration at Draper since February 2024. Previously, Cavan served as Test Engineer II at Textron Systems, where responsibilities included conducting test planning and execution across multiple programs, acting as Test Conductor for significant tests, and reporting to stakeholders. Prior experience encompasses roles as LDP Propulsion Engineer and LDP Mechanical Design Engineer at Textron Aviation and Textron Systems, respectively, with key contributions in flight testing and mechanical design. Cavan's early career includes a Quality Engineering Intern position at Textron Systems. Cavan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and is pursuing a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
