Dan King

Dan King is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis across diverse industries. Currently serving as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Draper since September 2020, Dan has been responsible for shaping the organization’s financial strategy for military defense, space exploration, and biomedical engineering. Prior to Draper, Dan held leadership roles at Bullhorn and Bose Corporation, where significant contributions included managing global FP&A functions and overseeing corporate development and acquisitions. Dan began a career in finance with positions at Sun Microsystems, IBM, Lockheed Martin, and PAGG, showcasing expertise in financial analysis and engineering. Dan holds an MBA from William & Mary’s Raymond A. Mason School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
