Dan Pappas

Dan Pappas is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in testing and development within the robotics, aerospace, and defense sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Test Engineer at Draper since May 2024, Pappas previously held the position of Senior Test Development Engineer at iRobot, where responsibility included developing risk-based test plans and managing Home Test Lab operations. A significant portion of Pappas's career was spent at Raytheon Technologies, where roles included Flight Test Mission Deputy Lead and Software Systems Test, contributing to multiple radar platform test missions and leading cross-functional teams. Prior experience as a Component Engineer at Electric Boat involved reviewing technical deliverables and ensuring compliance with Navy directives. Pappas holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
