David Carter

David Carter has held the position of Laboratory Fellow and Group Leader in Materials Science and Chemistry at Draper since March 2002. Prior to this role, David completed a postdoctoral research position at MIT from June 1998 to March 2002 and served as a Technical Associate at Harvard University from June 1990 to August 1993, where responsibilities included managing a microfabrication laboratory. David earned a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology between 1993 and 1998, as well as an MS and AB in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College from 1988 to 1990 and 1984 to 1988, respectively. Early education was completed at Lin-Wood High School from 1980 to 1984.
