Else Vedula

Else Vedula is a Senior Member of Technical Staff and Ph.D. Fellow at Draper Laboratory since September 2009, focusing on cell behavior in physiological environments rather than traditional laboratory settings. Previously, Else worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Lab for Microsystems Technology from June 2008 to August 2009, where expertise in microfabrication processes was developed. Else also conducted research at the Molecular Biotechnology Research Laboratory in late 2007, affirming DNA binding to cancer-specific proteins. Else holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University, completed in 2014, and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the same institution, earned in 2009.
