Forrest Miller is an Optoelectronic Development Engineer at Draper since August 2023, with extensive experience in engineering and leadership. As Hull Team Lead for the UW Human Powered Submarine since January 2018, Forrest manages a team responsible for the design, fabrication, and testing of all external components of a human-powered racing submarine.
