Hayley Devine

Hayley Devine is a Junior Cell Biologist and Tissue Engineer at Draper since September 2024, supporting innovative bioengineering solutions and collaborating on interdisciplinary research teams. Previously, Hayley held various roles, including Resident Assistant and FitWell Manager at Wentworth Institute of Technology, where responsibilities included fostering community engagement and managing editorial content. Hayley gained relevant experience as a Clinical Bioanalytic and Translational Sciences Co-op at Beam Therapeutics and as an Engineer I in Bioprocessing at Seres Therapeutics, developing assays and microbial cell cultures. Earlier experience includes working as a Production Technician at Associates of Cape Cod, Inc. Hayley earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology and is pursuing a Master of Science in Bioengineering at Northeastern University.
