Jack Showalter

Jack Showalter serves as Senior Corporate Counsel at Draper since August 2022, providing support in various legal areas including HR, Contracts, and Procurement. Previously, Jack held the position of Associate General Counsel and Senior Manager at PAE, where responsibilities included corporate legal and contract matters for CENTRA Technology, Inc. Prior to this, Jack was the Corporate Legal Counsel at CENTRA Technology, Inc., managing contracts, ADR, and employment law issues, while also contributing as a Senior Analyst. Jack's career began as an Associate Attorney at Foley Hoag LLP, focusing on environmental law, after an academic role as a Faculty Manuscript Editor at Georgetown University Law Center. Jack’s background includes military service as a Counterintelligence Agent in the U.S. Army. Jack holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center, an MPS in Homeland Security Leadership from the University of Connecticut, and a Biology degree from the University of Mary Washington.
