Joe Brown is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in high-volume radar electronics design and production within the defense industry. Currently serving as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Draper since May 2022, Joe previously held the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer at Raytheon Missiles & Defense from July 2018 to May 2022, where responsibilities included detailed design, troubleshooting, and environmental reliability testing. Joe's career began with a variety of roles, including participation in the Engineering Leadership Development Program at Raytheon Technologies and internships focusing on design and prototyping. Joe holds both a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
