Jonathan Ung

Jonathan Ung is a skilled mechanical engineer with extensive experience in both industry and academia. Currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff at Draper since July 2016, Jonathan has significantly contributed to projects involving precision accelerometers, MEMS devices, and optical systems through proficiency in various CAD software and FEA tools. Jonathan's academic background includes a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, where also held multiple roles such as Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant, contributing to the understanding of fluid mechanics and conducting experimental analyses of oil behavior in saltwater. Additionally, Jonathan gained experience as a Business Technology Analyst at Deloitte Consulting LLP and a Canvasser for Citizens Campaign for the Environment, showcasing a diverse skill set in both technical and operational aspects.
