Kyle Grosse, Ph.D., possesses extensive experience in the engineering and technical management sectors, currently serving as a Senior Technical Staff and Program Manager at Draper since April 2019. Kyle has directed multidisciplinary teams to oversee the development and validation of thermo-mechanical systems while leading integration and verification processes for next-generation products. Prior to Draper, Kyle held the position of Principal Systems Engineer at Raytheon, where significant contributions included the development of a novel thermal product and the establishment of a multiscale modeling framework that enhanced accuracy and efficiency. Academic credentials include a Ph.D., MS, and BS— all in Mechanical Engineering— from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, complemented by research and internship experiences that laid a strong foundation in thermal analysis and system design.
