Matthew Dielman is a highly skilled mechanical engineer with extensive experience in both military and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Draper since June 2019, Matthew has previously held significant roles, including Infantry Non-Commissioned Officer in the Army National Guard from January 2013 to January 2021. Matthew's military background includes a SECRET level security clearance and recognition as the winner of the 27th Brigade 2016 Best Warrior Competition.
